“My focus as a trainer is functionality and sustainability. The purpose of exercise is to maintain your bodies ability not just to keep up but to excel at everyday physical demands as well as any extracurricular goals, for as long as possible. I have used my training methods to prepare for Crossfit, triathlons, bodybuilding competitions and sport seasons with great success.


My wide range of experience with individuals and teams has provided me the knowledge to design wellness programs that will not only be effective but maintainable for a healthy lifestyle. I will help keep you on track and accountable to your goals, whatever they may be.

I graduated from Rogue Community College and have been a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Certified Personal Trainer for over 4 years. I also hold specialized certifications in Corrective Exercise and Sports Performance. I graduated with honors from North Valley in 2009 where I was a three sport athlete and went on to play soccer in college. I have helped coach youth and collegiate soccer in the community as well.


I love the ability to interact with my community to bring individuals the quality of life they deserve through my functional, sustainable and most importantly effective personal training methods.”
