Cycling is a dynamic indoor riding experience, incorporating empowering music, that is perfect for all fitness levels–from beginner to advanced.
The darkened room and stage lighting provide an inviting atmosphere for anyone shy about participating in group fitness classes.
Riders can expect to burn upwards of 700 or more calories in a typical 50 minute class, while working through various phases: warming up, climbing, sprinting, and pedaling through cadence intervals. Riders also learn about resistance control, allowing them to dictate their own level of difficulty.
All that’s required is a towel, bottle of water, and sneakers, although many riders choose to purchase mountain bike shoes with SPD style cleats to “clip in” to the pedals. New riders should arrive 15 minutes early to have an instructor properly fit them on a bike.
