Helena began practicing yoga over 25 years ago as a way to move mindfully, gain flexibility and restore her health from the inside out. She completed her 200-hr YTT in 2017 and has been teaching ever since. She continues to deepen, evolve and enrich her yoga studies with consistent practice and continuing education receiving addition certifications in restorative, yin, kid’s, chair, trauma sensitive, Yoga4Sobriety and YogaSix. Helena’s classes are a blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, breath and awareness. She hopes to inspire students to unite their body, mind and spirit in the present moment and enhance their well-being on and off the mat.
Rosa White is a Certified and Insured Fitness trainer. Rosa has been teaching fitness classes for over 14 years. Rosa was always physically active, but her passion for Fitness started over 20 years ago, after experiencing the loss of 4 of her siblings to complications from diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Through group exercise Rosa encourages others to take proactive steps to live a stronger and healthier LIFESTYLE!

Soraya has trained in multiple Yoga modalities from Ying, Gentle restorative yoga at Kripalu Institute to more physically challenging vinyasa flows such as Sivananda.
In her continued education, she has studied with recognized teachers such as, David Keith, Nicki Doane, Dharma Mittra, and Maty Ezraty.
