Hello! I’m ZIN Tirs, and I live in Lake Worth, FL. I’ve been a ZIN™ Member since Sep 2014 and I absolutely love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple, it brings me (so much) joy! Liz Bernstein – Personal Trainer & Class Instructor
The years of over impact and stress placed a toll on her joints causing osteoarthritis and chronic pain.
Through her injuries and rehabilitation with Pilates, Yoga, and strength training she became conscientious about her body and how it functions.
Liz holds a Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
One of Liz’s many goals with her clients is to help them achieve a mind-body connection by facilitating breath with movement, encouraging mindfulness.
Liz’s integrated approach to fitness helps men and women of all ages and fitness abilities become more in tune with their bodies, helping them build healthy habits that create balance both in and out of the gym.
In addition to personal training, Liz currently teaches Yoga, Pilates, and stretch classes at the Zoo. She believes they’re great additions to a strength training program; increasing flexibility, improving posture, and aiding in stress relief.
Soraya Exposito – Yoga Instructor
Soraya has trained in multiple Yoga modalities from Ying, Gentle restorative yoga at Kripalu Institute to more physically challenging vinyasa flows such as Sivananda.
In her continued education, she has studied with recognized teachers such as, David Keith, Nicki Doane, Dharma Mittra, and Maty Ezraty.
In Soraya’s classes, she teaches:
Body alignment and breathing techniques
To explore balance and flexibility
To increase endurance and strength
To be playful and understanding in yoga practice
Vynasa flows for Kapha types, holding asanas for the Pita and Vata types

Lana Mims – Personal Trainer
Lana Mims is a fitness professional and former semi-pro athlete with over 16 years of experience. Daughter of a 4-time Olympian, gold and silver medalist, Lana was brought up with elite world-class experience as their foundation and a passion for individual growth and fullness of life. As a certified personal trainer, she delivers dynamic and high-energy training tailored to each client, utilizing the exercise sciences such as, anatomy/physiology, strength training, and anerobic & aerobic conditioning.

Raul Davis – ZUMBA Instructors
Raul Davis, better known as Raul Blaze on social media, is a Jamaican physical fitness content creator, group and dance fitness classes. He is a phenomenal ZUMBA instructor with a fan demand that has him taking his routine to other cities, states and even other countries.
Raul specializes in Afro Caribbean and Athletic movements in dance Fitness and his class is sure to get you movin’.
