We focus on a one-on-one exercise program just for you. Your "6 week ZOO Shape Up" journey includes three training sessions per week. This program is for all members who want to achieve their health and fitness goals at any fitness level. We not only demonstrate "how to," we provide the evidence. You will see, feel, and identify true measurable change in only 6 weeks. We have seen attitudes, lifestyles, outlooks, and bodies change dramatically in this 6-week period.

From this point on you can continue to achieve results and continue on with a maintenance program living the Fitness Lifestyle…

Your journey starts with the first of three component parts that all work together giving you results and teaches you an on going healthy lifestyle.

Component #1 Supportive Nutrition: Eating the right foods in proper portion and eating every 3 to 3.5 hours. By following this simple formula you will find that it helps to increase the metabolism (How quickly we burn calories) providing the essential nutrients and helps to stabilize blood sugar. This gives you energy through out the day. Your Zoo Personal Training Coach will help guide you in eating the right foods and the proper portions.

Component #2 Progressive Resistance Strength Training: Building and maintaining lean muscle tissue is important both for men and women as it increases metabolism helping to liberate and burn fat. A complete exercise and training strategy will be tailor made for you by your Zoo Personal Training Coach. You will come into the club for your personal training sessions 2-3 times per week. Each session will take close to 60 minutes; your training coach will take you by the hand for each one of your workouts. Remember your coach belongs to only you during your workout session.

Component #3 Progressive Cardio Health Complete Training: For heart and lung health and helping to lose weight your personal training coach will recommend that you do cardio 2-3 times per week. You can begin your cardio workout at the club before or after your personal training session or the day in-between. You can get outside if you prefer, jog or walk it's up to you. Remember to start easy and increase your cardio workouts each week.
