Beach Cross Train
An athletic-based outdoor class that takes participants on a scenic run interspersed with athletic drills. Held on beautiful Fort Lauderdale Beach.
Boot Camp
This class uses functional and core strength training to increase your endurance level while gaining agility and all around conditioning. Short and intense bouts of repeated “drills” during the workout boosts your metabolism and burns excess calories and fat all day long!
Extreme Endurance
This athletic cross training class incorporates strength training, flexibility training, core strengthening, plyometrics, agility drills, cardiovascular endurance drills, and proper biomechanics.
Fat Blasting
Fat Blasting is one of the most popular and most effective ways to combine cardiovascular conditioning with functional strength training. It was developed to provide a safe, fun, effective and time efficient way to lose weight and tone muscle. This class is for all individuals of all fitness levels and can easily be enhanced or reduced to match your individual needs!
Group Cycling
A cardiovascular class utilizing an indoor cycling bike. This class is structured so that the novice and the expert can achieve maximum fitness benefits, riding side by side. Our classes are held on the roof with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean.
Hit It!
High energy, high Intensity, fast-paced full-body Training. Great for cardiovascular and endurance conditioning, this class will also improve overall strength, core stability, agility and flexibility while burning more fat calories than low intensity training or traditional body sculpting classes. It even continues to burn calories for up to 24 hours after the workout!
Physique 55
Fifty-five minutes of body work combining weight training, pilates and power yoga. Physique 55 tones your butt, abs, thighs and arms, strengthens your legs and back and improves your posture to produce a beautiful, sexy, lean body.
Mat Pilates
Floor exercises inspired by the work of Joseph Pilates that strengthen your body’s core muscles. Pilates exercises strengthen the body from the inside out.
Gymbox
Fifty percent boxing based exercise, fifty percent circuit training and conditioning.
HARDcore
A 30-minute blast to strengthen those tough abdominal muscles and the rest of your core. Great for a flat tummy!
