You are now an excited franchisee and heading to school for 3-5 days. That's right, you are now eligible to attend The Zoo University! Let's start by checking into your hotel in Downtown Fort Lauderdale. Enjoy your weekend as there is lot's to do... School kicks off on Monday morning at 9am and continues until 5 pm.
Your school agenda will look like this:
MONDAY MORNING;
- 9:00am-10:00am: Introduction to The Zoo Concept and agenda review.
- 10:00am-12 :00 pm; Sales presentation and how to enroll a new member
- 12 noon-1:00 pm: Lunch
- 1:00pm-3:00pm: Phone presentations how to book appointments for successful membership sales
- 3:00pm-5:00pm: How to build a successful buddy system while building membership sales
TUESDAY MORNING
- 9:00am-12:00pm: Training on the exercise equipment
- 12:00 noon-1:00pm Lunch
- 1:00pm-5:00pm: Training on the exercise equipment
WEDNESDAY MORNING
- 9:00am-12:00pm: How electric funds transfer's (EFT) work for you to build monthly dues income
- 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
- 1:00pm-5:00pm: programming new member's orirntation and taking the member through a workout
THURSDAY MORNING
- 9:00am-12:00pm: How to complete a membership contract and follow up
- 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
- 1:00pm-5:00pm: Sales presentations, phone presentations, building buddy system franchisee participation
FRIDAY MORNING
- 9:00am-12:00pm: Working in a Zoo facility, membership sales training, building a buddy system
- 12:00pm-1:00pm: Lunch
- 1:00pm-4:00pm: Marketing and advertising your club
- 4:00pm-5:00pm: Graduation
