PROCEDURE – Contestants will each have an attempt to guess a number from the number range (see Prize & Promotion Fee Section), and enter their number guess into a computer provided by Grand Prize Promotions “GPP”. A Contestant is a promotion prize winner if their number matches the pre-determined number selected by GPP.

WINNING NUMBER – GPP will randomly select ONE (1) number from the number range for each promotion prize covered by GPP. These numbers are the only potential winning numbers. GPP will send the Sponsor a security-sealed envelope containing the winning number for each promotion prize. The envelopes are to remain sealed until otherwise authorized by GPP.

VERIFICATION – When a Contestant enters their number into the computer; the computer will indicate whether the number is an exact match to the pre-determined winning number. If a Contestant’s number matches the pre-determined winning number the Sponsor must immediately notify GPP. The sealed envelope for the winning prize must be returned unopened with the computer to GPP within a period of FIVE (5) business days.

PROMOTION CONCLUSION – Once all attempts have been entered into the computer or the promotion period has come to an end and no numbers entered by Contestants have matched the winning number, the promotion prize has not been won and no promotion prize will be awarded. The sealed envelope may be opened to verify the winning number. No promotion prize will be awarded once the sealed envelope is opened.

WITNESSES – TWO (2) non-participating witnesses appointed by the Sponsor, age 18 or older, of good moral character, must witness the promotion and each Contestant’s attempt.

SPONSOR’S RULES – The Sponsor must submit the official promotion rules to GPP for review. All such promotion rules shall be in compliance with all Local, State and Federal Laws governing such promotions, and shall be deemed invalid should such rules and regulations fail to be compliant.

When I turned 49 years old, I started thinking about my life and some of the things I’ve always wanted to do. You get to a point in your life where you start to revaluate things, priorities, and what you want to do going forward.

I had gotten to the point where my 5’8’’ frame and 215 pounds was too much for my body. My knees were hurting, I was out of breath, couldn’t even see my feet as my stomach was so large. I had a physical and after seeing my test results, I needed help, my doctor told me, you have to lose 50 pounds.

I had heard about a new Gym “The Zoo” opening up in downtown Lake Worth. I attended their open house and became a member. I remember looking around at all the equipment and saying to myself, “I will never be able to lift those weights, run on that treadmill, or better yet, do 100 sit-ups”.

I started very gradually and became more efficient on the machines, using the weights, and continued with my sit-ups. I have lost 40 pounds, and can see a new me. My knees no longer hurt, no more shortness of breath, I can see my feet, and my doctor is amazed with my results.

I want to thank the staff, Dawn, and Sarah for all their encouragement and support.
